A note from the haus —
We started this between us. Two friends, real conversations over real plates of fried chicken, red beans and rice, and sometimes oxtail stew — keeping the conversation going long enough to build something out of it. We saw what the wig industry kept failing to do — for women navigating cancer, alopecia, and treatment, who deserved more than clinical and cold. And for the woman who simply wanted better — better quality, better match, better than the trial-and-error she'd resigned herself to. We saw it everywhere we looked, and we couldn't unsee it.
So we built hopehaus. For all of you.

Many insurance plans, HSAs, and FSAs reimburse all or part of the cost of a medical-grade wig prescribed for hair loss. We don't process insurance directly — but every receipt for a medical-grade wig is printed with the proper HCPCS code, diagnosis information, and itemized detail your insurer, HSA administrator, or FSA administrator needs for reimbursement.
Bring your prescription to your fitting. We'll include it with your receipt so you can submit on your own with confidence.
