Every Atelier member is listed publicly on hopehaus.org so customers in your region can find you. We refer business to our partners — and we expect them to refer back.

Atelier members agree to a baseline of how clients are received: privacy, dignity, time, and care. We've built the brand on this. We expect partners to hold the same line.

As the network matures, deeper relationships emerge for the partners who grow with us. We're building this for the long haul, with the salons who lean in early.
This is a description of how we plan to evolve the Atelier, not a commitment. Phase 2-3 elements are actively being built. Future expansions will be defined as the brand and partner network mature.

Every application is reviewed personally by Lilian and Jazelle. We typically respond within 7-10 business days. There's no application fee.
How we evaluate applicants
The hopehaus Atelier is a curated network. We review every application individually. Acceptance is based on demonstrated craft, alignment with hopehaus standards, capacity to receive clients with care, geographic fit (we're not over-saturating any market), and a baseline of credentials that we can verify.
Atelier membership does not constitute employment by hopehaus. Member salons remain independent businesses, fully responsible for their own operations, licensing, insurance, taxes, employee management, and client relationships. hopehaus does not guarantee revenue, client volume, or specific outcomes from membership.
Membership may be terminated by either party at any time. hopehaus reserves the right to remove members from the directory and the partner program for cause, including (but not limited to) loss of professional licensure, repeated client complaints, or material misrepresentation in this application.
